2024 New Schreiner Family Iris Hybrids

NEW Schreiner Tall Bearded Iris! These carefully cultivated seedlings have displayed superior growing habits, form and color combination over the course of several years in our test seedling beds.  The names of Schreiner's 2024 introductions were inspired by the late, great Jimmy Buffett.  Third-generation Schreiner family members first became acquainted with Buffett back in the 1970s.  Gathering together around the record player after a long day working in the dust and dirt of the iris fields, they would be transported by Buffett's music to the tranquility of the tropics.  Rest in paradise, Jimmy Buffett.  You will be missed!
